How does the BidButler decide when exactly to place my Bids?

Our BidButlers are instructed to be as frugal as possible when bidding. That?s why they wait until the last 10 seconds of the auction countdown to place your bids.

When there are two or more BidButlers set on the same auction, they duke it out there and then, placing all their bids immediately. This tit for tat battle means that the price and countdown both increase with each bid placed. (We do this so that bidders can easily see the auctions that will end soon unless another bid is placed). We have a few simple rules about how your BidButler can be used - just remember these when telling your BidButler when to bid:

How do I cancel a BidButler?

 Provided the auction hasn?t reached your BidButler?s ?Bid From? price, you can select the BidButler overview tab and cancel him by clicking the red cross.

Why did the auction end before my ?Bid To?price was reached?

To control the spending of your BidButlers, they are told to use no more bids than the ?Bids? value you assign. If he hits his spending limit then no more bids are placed, even if the current price is below your ?Bid To? value.

The bidsniper itsa last sec safety net. You can set a specified number of bids here, these will bid on your behalf regardless of what the current price is when the auction ends. Similar to the bidbuddy as it bids for you but it waits till the auction is entering the last sec and will continue to add bids accordingly until the amount you have set has been reached. This  combined with your bid buddy or multiple bid buddys give you the best chance ofwinning when you simply cannot be there.  

Setting BidBuddy is very simple. When you decide on which auction you want to use BidBuddy, just click on the image of subjects relating to the auction. This will take you to a page setup BidBuddy. The only thing you need to do is to select the lower and upper price (ie the minimum and maximum price), and how many bids you want to give BidBuddy for you in the range between the two prices. Just enter the values in the blank fields, click "Book" and your BidBuddy is ready.

Bids you have in your account will be reduced by the bids that you have assigned BidBuddy. For example, if you want to BidBuddy that 50 bids between 10 and 18 dollars, then enter the field bid from the 10 - Bid TO field, enter 18 in box 50 and enter Bids click on "Book".

You can also set multiple bidbuddys in various price ranges with varying bid to use  amounts really allows for a truley dynamic bidbuddy to bid on your behaf when you simply cannot be there. This combind with our bidsniper feature makes the configuration possibilities endless and almost very intelligent.

A fixed Price auction means that regardless of what the current auction price is when the auction ends you will only pay a fixed price.

A begginers auction is a very special auction type that  allows you to receive a Xpercentage of your bids back when you have won the auction.

Everyone else that bid but did not win will also receive a Xpercentage of your bids back, once the auction has ended.

 You will be considered a beginner and may contine to bid on beginners auctions until you have won X amount of auctions.

This is our latest twist on our auction, when yousee this symbol  next to the timer that eans this action is a buyit now V2 every time you placed a bid the amount you pad for that bid is deducted from the retail price of the item. At any time during the auction you can purchase that item right then and there for that reduced price.
